PROPERTY ACQUISITION AGREEMENT Buyers agent agrees to represent the best interest of the purchaser and only the purchaser while serving in the capacity of the buyer's agent. abilities to search the market area for any and all properties which meet

El agente Buyer agent agrees to assist and advise the purchaser on negotiating strategies that will help to procure the property at the most favorable price for the purchaser. El agente acepta en ayudar y aconsejar al comprador, a negociar las estrategias que ayudarán a conseguir la propiedad en el precio más favorable para el comprador. In order for the purchaser to make an informed decision as to whether or not a particular property is a wise purchase, buyer agent agrees to disclose to the purchaser any known information, be it positive or negative, regarding the desired property to purchase. Para que el comprador tome una decisión en cuanto a si o no cierta propiedad es una compra correcta, el agente acepta en investigar si la información conocida, es verdadera o falsa, con respecto a la propiedad que el comprador desea comprar The purchaser agrees to cooperate with the buyers agent by providing true and accurate personal and financial information. El comprador esta de acuerdo en cooperar con el agente proporcionandole información personal verdadera y exacta y financiera The purchaser authorizes the agent to act on his/her best interest in locating property and transmitting offers to purchase real estate for a period of (365) three hundred sixty five days, beginning at the signing of this agreement. This agreement may be canceled by either party with a (30) thirty day notice in writing. PURCHASER IS LIABLE FOR THE AGENTS FEE SHOULD HE/SHE/THEY PURCHASE PROPERTY PRESENTED BY THE AGENT FOR A PERIOD OF (1) ONE YEAR AFTER THE TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. El comprador autoriza al agente para que tome la mejor decisión en localizar la propiedad y las ofertas para comprarla en un período de (365) trescientos sesenta y cinco días, desde el momento en que se firma este acuerdo. Este acuerdo puede ser cancelado por cualquiera de las partes dentro de un plazo de (30) treinta días por escrito. EL COMPRADOR ES RESPONSABLE EN PAGAR LOS HONORARIOS AL AGENTE CUANDO EL COMPRADOR COMPRE LA PROPIEDAD QUE LE FUE PRESENTADA POR EL AGENTE EN EL PERIODO DE (1) UN AÑO DESPUES DE LA TERMINACION DE ESTE ACUERDO Purchaser acknowledges that the buyer agent will be putting in a lot of time and energy searching the marketplace for all the properties that best suits the purchasers needs. Purchaser agrees that during the term of the agreement purchaser will not work with any other real estate agent or property owners. El comprador reconoce que el agente estará poniendo todo su tiempo y energía en buscar en el mercado todas las propiedades que llenen los requisitos de los compradores. El comprador esta de acuerdo que durante el término del contrato el comprador no trabajará con cualquier otro agente ó agencia de bienes raíces ni con los dueños de la propiedad. 1
